The main mission of Tarkett’s Sales Department consists of proposing optimally integrated flooring and sports surface solutions for our customers. Sales teams at Tarkett work with one of the largest product lines in the flooring industry and are able to propose tailor-made and cost efficient solutions to a wide target audience including architects, building owners, building managers, specifiers, installers, wholesalers as well as buyers of large "Do-It-Yourself" stores.

Marketing, Design & Communication teams anticipate market trends and the needs of our customers in order to conceive the best surface solutions (product & design & services) and actively promote them, in the most profitable way.

The teams develop a global and in-depth knowledge of the surface market (products, channels, segments, competitors, norms and regulatory bodies) and an intimate understanding of our customers and their needs and uses (by segment and route to market), today and tomorrow. The product & service management define and develop innovative flooring solutions that bring clear value to all our customers and strengthen our leadership (advanced technical performance, cutting-edge design, sustainability, convenience in handling). Communication teams promote the uniqueness of the Tarkett solutions, and strengthen the Company and Brand image.
