The Group Executive Committee is led by Fabrice Barthélemy, CEO. This international and entrepreneurial team is composed of experienced leaders who share the Group’s interest and values, while ensuring operational agility through a decentralized organization.​


Fabrice Barthélemy – Chief Financial Officer

Fabrice Barthélemy, CEO of Tarkett

Since September 2018, Fabrice Barthélemy has served as interim Chairman of the Management Board, in addition to his duties as President of Tarkett in Europe, the Middle East, Africa & Latin America. He has been officially appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tarkett on January 11, 2019He joined Tarkett in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board. In February 2017, he was named President of the EMEA & Latin America division. 
He began his career as an industrial controller with Safran and joined Valeo in 1995 as divisional financial controller in the United Kingdom. From 2000 to 2003, he helped turn around Valeo’s Lighting Division in France, before becoming worldwide finance director of Valeo Connective Systems and, subsequently, finance director of Valeo Wiper Systems. He is a graduate of the ESCP-Europe business school. 

Eric Daliere - President Tarkett Sports

Eric Daliere, President Tarkett Sports

Eric Daliere, American, has been the President of the Tarkett Sports division since 2009. Previously, he spent ten years working on complex projects for KKR Capstone, after having started with the Boston Consulting Group. He received an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.


Jeff Fenwick, President & CEO of Tarkett North America

Jeff Fenwick is President & CEO of Tarkett North America since April 2019. He joined Tarkett in 2012 as President of the resilient product activities in North America. In 2018, he took the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer for all flooring activities in Tarkett North America. Prior to Tarkett, Jeff served as general manager of Kimball Office and vice president of Kimball International. He has spent the majority of his career in building products industries, serving in a variety of domestic and international sales, marketing, customer service, design and operations roles. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and his master’s degree from the University of St. Francis. He currently serves on the board of the International Interior Design Association as Industry Vice President and also sits on the board of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute

Slavoljub Martinovic_President Tarkett Eastern EuropeSlavoljub Martinovic, President Tarkett Eastern Europe

Slavoljub Martinovic, Serbian, has been President of the Group’s Eastern Europe division since January 2013. Previously, he worked for Sintelon from 1996 until its acquisition by the Group in 2002. He holds a degree from the Novi Sad Technological Faculty.


Francesco Penne, President of EMEA & LATAM Division

Francesco Penne is President of EMEA & LATAM since October 2019. He began his career in 1988 at Usinor (now Arcelor) in Research & Development and Marketing. In 2004, he joined Air Liquide where he held various sales & marketing and general management positions throughout Europe, notably as Vice-President for Central Europe from 2016 to 2019. Francesco Penne is a graduate of Milan Polytechnic School and Ecole Centrale of Paris. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Bocconi business school.

Pierre Barrard, EVP Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation

Pierre Barrard is Executive Vice President (EVP) Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation since March 2019. He joined Tarkett in July 2018 as EVP Strategic Marketing & Digital and member of Tarkett’s Executive Management Committee (EMC). Before joining Tarkett he was Senior Vice President Global Marketing and Digital for Michelin Car and Light truck business. During his career, 8 years with Nestlé in the FoodServices division and 19 years in tyre manufacturer Michelin B2C business lines, Pierre Barrard was in charge of various international marketing, sales and digital roles, in France, Europe and the USA. Pierre Barrard graduated with a degree in Computer Science in 1988 from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and from French Business School ESSEC in 1991.


Raphaël Bauer, Chief Financial Officer

Raphaël Bauer, French, was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group and member of the Executive Management Committee since February 2017. Previously Group Financial Controller, Raphaël Bauer joined Tarkett in 2010 as Financial Controller for the EMEA division, then the Pacific and Latin America regions. Raphaël started his career as Management Controller with Valeo where he worked from 2002 to 2007. He then joined Rexam as Financial Manager from 2007 to 2010. Raphaël is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.

Audrey Dauvet, Group General Counsel

Audrey Dauvet was appointed as Group General Counsel in June 2020. Audrey has an extensive experience of supporting businesses in several areas. She first acted as Senior Intellectual Property Attorney at the law firm Bird & Bird. After 7 years she joined Pernod Ricard, one of the global leaders in the Wine and Spirits industry, as Group Intellectual Property Director. She was then promoted to Vice President Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs & CSR for Pernod Ricard Americas, based in New York City. In 2017 she created her own activity, advising companies both in the United States and in Europe.
Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Property from the University of Pantheon Assas and a Master’s degree in Finance and Economy from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris. She is also a member of the Paris bar.

Séverine Grosjean,
EVP of Group Human Resources & Communications
Séverine Grosjean is Executive Vice President of Group Human Resources since October 2019. She began her career at Philips in 1996, before joining Alstom Group in 2000 where she held various positions in Human Resources management in France and North America for 15 years. In 2015, she took over the responsibilities of Vice President HR of Schneider Electric's Industry commercial organisation. In 2017, Séverine joined Tarkett as EMEA & LATAM HR Vice President. Séverine Grosjean is a graduate of Science Po Paris and IAE Paris. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Kent (Canterbury, UK).

Gilles Lebret, French, was appointed Vice President Customer Operations & Group Chief Information Officer and member of the Executive Management Committee since January 2017. He joined Tarkett in 2009 as Group Chief Information Officer, supervising the transformation initiatives in the Supply Chain organizations from 2013 and Customers Services from 2015. Prior to joining Tarkett, Gilles was Group IT Director for Orangina-Schweppes, after holding this position for France. Previously, he worked at the Henkel Group as Director of the IT Competences Center for Supply Chain and Production. Gilles is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Arnaud Marquis, Group Sustainability Officer

Arnaud joined Tarkett in July 2016 as Vice President Hardflooring EMEA where he has successfully managed to bring back Wood activities to profitability.
Before joining Tarkett, he has worked for 21 years at Ahlstrom Group where he has held different international business roles related to Sales & Marketing, Operations and P&L management.
He is a graduate of Grenoble engineering school (INPG) and holds an Executive MBA from EM Lyon business school.

Carine Vinardi, Group R&D and Operations EVP
Carine comes from GE Renewable where she was Global Opex/Lean & Digital transformation Director. She has a proven track record of leading operations in a variety of industries: Power (General Electric), Aerospace (Zodiac Aerospace), and Automotive (Peugeot Citroen, Faurecia and Plastic Omnium).
Carine holds a Master’ degree in Engineering, Plastic Material transformation from ITECH Lyon and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from UTC which belongs to Sorbonne Universities.
