The Group Executive Committee is led by Fabrice Barthélemy, CEO. This international and entrepreneurial team is composed of experienced leaders who share the Group’s interest and values, while ensuring operational agility through a decentralized organization.
Fabrice Barthélemy, CEO of Tarkett
Since September 2018, Fabrice Barthélemy has served as interim Chairman of the Management Board, in addition to his duties as President of Tarkett in Europe, the Middle East, Africa & Latin America. He has been officially appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tarkett on January 11, 2019. He joined Tarkett in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board. In February 2017, he was named President of the EMEA & Latin America division.
He began his career as an industrial controller with Safran and joined Valeo in 1995 as divisional financial controller in the United Kingdom. From 2000 to 2003, he helped turn around Valeo’s Lighting Division in France, before becoming worldwide finance director of Valeo Connective Systems and, subsequently, finance director of Valeo Wiper Systems. He is a graduate of the ESCP-Europe business school.
Eric Daliere, President of Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports
Eric Daliere, American, has been the President of the Tarkett Sports division since 2009. In July 2020 Eric Daliere had expanded his responsibilities, asuming the role of President for Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports.
Previously, he spent ten years leading business improvement initiatives for KKR Capstone, after having started with the Boston Consulting Group. He received an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.
Slavoljub Martinovic, President Tarkett Eastern Europe
Slavoljub Martinovic, Serbian, has been President of the Group’s Eastern Europe division since January 2013. Previously, he worked for Sintelon from 1996 until its acquisition by the Group in 2002. He holds a degree from the Novi Sad Technological Faculty.
Francesco Penne, President of EMEA & LATAM Division
Francesco Penne is President of EMEA & LATAM since October 2019. He began his career in 1988 at Usinor (now Arcelor) in Research & Development and Marketing. In 2004, he joined Air Liquide where he held various sales & marketing and general management positions throughout Europe, notably as Vice-President for Central Europe from 2016 to 2019. Francesco Penne is a graduate of Milan Polytechnic School and Ecole Centrale of Paris. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Bocconi business school.
Pierre Barrard, EVP Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation
Pierre Barrard is Executive Vice President (EVP) Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation since March 2019. He joined Tarkett in July 2018 as EVP Strategic Marketing & Digital and member of Tarkett’s Executive Management Committee (EMC). Before joining Tarkett he was Senior Vice President Global Marketing and Digital for Michelin Car and Light truck business. During his career, 8 years with Nestlé in the FoodServices division and 19 years in tyre manufacturer Michelin B2C business lines, Pierre Barrard was in charge of various international marketing, sales and digital roles, in France, Europe and the USA. Pierre Barrard graduated with a degree in Computer Science in 1988 from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) and from French Business School ESSEC in 1991.
Raphaël Bauer, Chief Financial Officer
Raphaël Bauer, French, was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group and member of the Executive Management Committee since February 2017. Previously Group Financial Controller, Raphaël Bauer joined Tarkett in 2010 as Financial Controller for the EMEA division, then the Pacific and Latin America regions. Raphaël started his career as Management Controller with Valeo where he worked from 2002 to 2007. He then joined Rexam as Financial Manager from 2007 to 2010. Raphaël is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
Audrey Dauvet, Group General Counsel
Audrey Dauvet joined Tarkett as Group General Counsel in June 2020 and will also hold the role of Secretary of Tarkett’s Supervisory Board.
Audrey began her career as an attorney with the law firm Bird&Bird in 2000, before joining Pernod Ricard Group in 2007. Initially appointed Group Intellectual Property Director, she was then promoted in 2011 to Vice President in charge of Legal Affairs, Public Affairs, CSR and Compliance for Pernod Ricard Americas, based in New York. In 2017, she set up her own consultancy, advising companies based in the United States and in Europe. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Industrial Property from the University of Pantheon Assas and a Master's degree in Finance and Economy from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris. She is also a member of the Paris bar.
EVP of Group Human Resources & Communications
Séverine Grosjean is Executive Vice President of Group Human Resources since October 2019. She began her career at Philips in 1996, before joining Alstom Group in 2000 where she held various positions in Human Resources management in France and North America for 15 years. In 2015, she took over the responsibilities of Vice President HR of Schneider Electric's Industry commercial organisation. In 2017, Séverine joined Tarkett as EMEA & LATAM HR Vice President. Séverine Grosjean is a graduate of Science Po Paris and IAE Paris. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Kent (Canterbury, UK).
Arnaud Marquis, Group Sustainability Officer
Arnaud Marquis joined Tarkett in July 2016 as Vice President Hardflooring EMEA, successfully restoring profitability. Before joining Tarkett, he worked at Ahlstrom Group, a leading player in fiber products, for more than 20 years, in different international business roles related to Sales, Marketing and Operations. He is a graduate of Grenoble engineering school (INPG) - Pagora and holds an Executive MBA from EM Lyon business school.
Carine Vinardi, Group R&D and Operations EVP
Carine Vinardi joined Tarkett in July 2020 as Group R&D and Operations EVP. Carine began her career in 1997 at Moulinex, then worked in various industries, including automotive (10 years with Plastic Omnium, Faurecia and Peugeot Citroën) and aeronautics (4 years at Zodiac Aerospace). She has alternated between operational (Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing) and functional (Performance & Digital transformation program)
departments within international companies of various sizes. Before joining Tarkett in July 2020, Carine worked for General Electric Renewable Energy since 2017, where she was in charge of Lean & Digital Transformation. Carine holds a degree in Engineering, Plastics Processing from ITECH Lyon and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the “Université de Technologie de Compiègne.”
