The Legal teams partner with the various business teams in order to insure identified legal aspects of the Tarkett Group are secured or controlled. The teams will give advice and coordinate various areas including: contract review and negotiation, litigation strategy and supervision, intellectual property portfolio management, corporate governance and competition and anti-corruption compliance. The insurable risks are covered through insurance policy implementation and risk prevention programs. Legal teams identify legal risks and find business-oriented solutions and action plans to address issues and to protect company value.
Human Resources teams develop for the company the right talents at the right place, ensure people engagement through HR programs, support management to ensure organization efficiency, and foster Tarkett’s culture to ensure alignment with company vision, values & regulations. The HR teams manage employee & social relations, and support personnel related administrative processes.
