Executive Management Committee
The Executive Committee is the Group’s steering body. It includes: the Chief Executive Officer, the four Division Presidents (EMEA, Eastern Europe, North America and Sports), five functional Vice-Presidents (Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Research Innovation & Environment, Legal) and a Senior Strategy Advisor.
Michel Giannuzzi – CEO
Appointed Chairman of the Board of Tarkett in September 2007, Michel Giannuzzi has devoted most of his career to industry, in France and abroad.
As Chairman of Tarkett Management Board, Michel Giannuzzi has accelerated the development of Tarkett by leading a proactive strategy in terms of sustainable development and an ambitious project to change corporate culture, geared towards customer satisfaction and entrepreneurial leadership. This profitable and sustainable growth strategy includes the 21 acquisitions completed in ten years. In 2013, he successfully led Tarkett's IPO on the Paris Euronext market, bringing on board new international institutional and individual investors, alongside the major shareholders in the Deconinck family and KKR.
From 1988 to 2001, he held several positions within the Michelin Group. Based on successful experiences in the production sector in France and the United Kingdom, he then headed a new unit using highly innovative tire production technologies, and then took over the reorganization of the supply chain in Europe, before being appointed Chairman of Michelin Japan. In 2001, he joined the Valeo Group as Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee, successively in charge of the Electrical Systems followed by the Wiping Systems businesses.
Born in 1964, Michel Giannuzzi is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X1985) and Harvard Business School.
Fabrice Barthélemy – President Tarkett EMEA
Fabrice Barthélemy, French, was appointed President Tarkett Europe, Middle East and Africa since February 2017, and member of the Tarkett Management Board. He joined Tarkett in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and also supervised the Information Systems and Legal departments. He began his career as an industrial controller at Safran and joined Valeo in 1995 as Financial Controller of a division in the United Kingdom. From 2000 to 2003, he helped turn around Valeo's Lighting Division in France, before taking over the global financial management of the Valeo Connective Systems and then of the Valeo Wiping Systems.
Glen Morrison – President Tarkett North America
Glen Morrison, English, has been the President and CEO of the Group’s North American division since May 2015. Previously, he worked for five years as President of Building and Construction Systems Business (BCS) in Alcoa, a global lightweight metals leader. Glen has spent the majority of his career in the building and construction industry working both in the US and in Europe. He has a degree in Business Studies from Lanchester Polytechnic in the U.K.
Slavoljub Martinovic – President Tarkett Eastern Europe
Slavoljub Martinovic, Serbian, has been President of the Group’s Eastern Europe division since January 2013. Previously, he worked for Sintelon from 1996 until its acquisition by the Group in 2002. He holds a degree from the Novi Sad Technological Faculty.
Eric Daliere – President Tarkett Sports
Eric Daliere, American, has been the President of the Tarkett Sports division since 2009. Previously, he spent ten years working on complex projects for KKR Capstone, after having started with the Boston Consulting Group. He received an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.
Raphaël Bauer – Chief Financial Officer
Raphaël Bauer, French, was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group and member of the Executive Management Committee since February 2017. Previously Group Financial Controller, Raphaël Bauer joined Tarkett in 2010 as Financial Controller for the EMEA division, then the Pacific and Latin America regions. Raphaël started his career as Management Controller with Valeo where he worked from 2002 to 2007. He then joined Rexam as Financial Manager from 2007 to 2010. Raphaël, 37, is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
Sharon MacBeath – Human Resources Executive Vice President
Sharon MacBeath, Scottish, was appointed Human Resources Executive Vice President since January 2017 and member of the Tarkett Management Board. Sharon started her career in Human Resources with McDonald's France. She then founded the recruitment company EMDS (HR Gardens bought over by the Havas group). In 1999, Sharon joined Rexam, a company specialized in plastic packaging and beverage cans, as Global Senior Vice President in charge of Human Resources and Communication; a position she subsequently held at Redcats (Kering Group) from 2005. In 2013, she was appointed Group Senior Vice President Human Resources at Rexel. She is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Sorbonne and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Anne-Christine Ayed – EVP Research, Innovation and Environment
Anne-Christine Ayed, French-Canadian, is the Director of Research Innovation & Environment, a position she has held since 2009. Previously, she held various managerial and R&D positions with Dow Chemicals in Switzerland, Germany and the United States. She has a doctorate in polymer chemistry.
Antoine Prevost – EVP Operations
Antoine Prevost, French, is the Director of Operations, a position he has held since 2011. He held different managerial positions with Vallourec between 1995 and 2011. He holds a degree from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris.
Gilles Lebret – VP Customer Operations & Group CIO
Gilles Lebret, French, was appointed Vice President Customer Operations & Group Chief Information Officer and member of the Executive Management Committee since January 2017. He joined Tarkett in 2009 as Group Chief Information Officer, supervising the transformation initiatives in the Supply Chain organizations from 2013 and Customers Services from 2015. Prior to joining Tarkett, Gilles was Group IT Director for Orangina-Schweppes, after holding this position for France. Previously, he worked at the Henkel Group as Director of the IT Competences Center for Supply Chain and Production. Gilles is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Wendy Kool-Foulon – Group General Counsel
Wendy Kool-Foulon, a Franco-Dutch citizen, is the Group General Counsel since July 2016 and joined Tarkett in 2012 as the Legal Director of the EMEA, APAC and LATAM divisions. She began her career working for law firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Salans) and then held various positions within IBM and Geodis. Wendy is a graduate of the Paris Bar. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Taxation as well as a Master’s degree in Management from the Paris Dauphine University.
